Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@easiolube.com.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
